Solution: Reduction in cycle length based on the analysis of malfunctions; Implementation of corrective actions and new processes; Setup of scoreboard and controls to assess production smoothness and administrative data processing times.

Results: Doubling of production flow smoothness over a six-month period and subsequent reduction in WCR.
